Dear colleagues, I wanted to share with all you this FREE webinar I put together for all of you. In this presentation I talk about what means to be a leader in a World Language Classroom. I believe that if we understand our role as motivators and as leaders beyond the teaching role, we will connect much better with our students and with our beautiful, powerful and unique subject. In order to inspire we, as teachers, must exult with confidence, self awareness, empathy, and a very decisive attitude.
