Hello Spanish Literature teachers! I wanted to share with you my virtual lesson analyzing the romance, ¡Ay de mi Alhama!. This is the first time these students were exposed to metrics in Spansih, and perhaps the firt time in any language for some of them.
Previous to the class I assigned a homework where they had to find in Google images and Google, information about every place mentioned in the poem. Next class we will talk about the rhyme in the poem, and the following class we will focus on the analysis of the internal structure. I hope I remember to record so I can share with you.
